Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy covers the Donut Utils Discord bot ("the bot") and this website. We keep it to what we need to make them work.
What we collect
- Discord IDs: user IDs, server IDs and channel IDs, used to run commands and apply settings.
- Command input: what you type into a command, such as a Minecraft username or item name, used to fetch your result.
- Technical logs: timestamps, command names and error messages, used to fix bugs and keep the bot running.
- Saved settings: anything a server or user chooses to save with the bot.
When you log in with Discord
The website asks Discord for your public profile only (the "identify" permission). We never see your email, your server list or your messages. When you sign in we save your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, the date your account was created, whether and when you joined our support server, when you first signed in, and how many times you have signed in. Each sign-in is also posted to a private staff channel in our Discord server.
We set one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It is removed when you log out.
Staff applications
If you apply for staff, your answers are saved and posted to a private staff channel with your Discord profile details so reviewers can read them. The decision and the reviewer's note are saved with the application, shown to you on the website, and sent to you in a Discord DM.
Schematic renderer
Files you upload to the renderer are processed in memory to make the images and material list. They are not written to disk or kept after the result is sent back.
What we don't collect
We don't collect passwords, payment details or private messages. The bot only reads messages that are commands for it.
How we use it
Data is used only to run the bot and website, review staff applications, fix problems and prevent abuse. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Third parties
The bot and the login run on Discord, and some lookups use outside data sources, so the text you submit with a command may be sent to them to get a result. Their own privacy policies apply, including Discord's.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on a private server and kept only as long as needed. Logs are cleared regularly. If the bot is removed from a server, that server's saved data may be deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete the data tied to your Discord ID or your server, including your website sign-in record and any applications, by contacting us in the support server. You can also remove the bot from your server at any time, and you can log out of the website whenever you like.
Children
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the bot or website. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
